The sebum released by sebaceous gland combine with dirt and give rise to acne. But what is the root cause of all this? Everyone will say your hormones are going crazy. It that it? Noooooo! The root cause of most of the skin problem is your DIET. Yes you heard me right it’s your diet. Keep reading. We will tackle this together .

Ways to get rid of acne, pimple, dark patch, pigmentation.

1. Intermittent fasting

Trust me, this is it. Not just acne if you are dealing with any other issue such as thyroid, diebeties, PCOD etc or if you simply want to lose weight. This is it. This may seem little hard in the starting but once you get in the habit it’s all worth it. All you have to do is to fast 16 hours a day. Like if you had dinner at 8 pm then have your breakfast next day at 12 pm. This way you are giving your body time to heal itself . Our biggest doctor is inside us. Our body can heal any disease, all it needs is time. But because of our eating habit we never give to time to just chill and heal.

2.Water

And I know you’ll be thinking that’s not a new thing I already know it. If you know it then why don’t you drink enough water. Yes I am talking to you. We have it all the time by our side but we take it for granted. Drink 2-2.5 litres of water everyday for sure . Your body needs hydration. Water removes toxity so grab your glass of water right now.

3.Vitamim C

Vitamin C works wonder for your skin. Include it in your diet. It involves citrus fruits, for example lemon or Amla.. You can start drinking warm water in the morning with lemon juice. That is so good for your digestion which thereby is linked with your skin health. You can drink warm water with apple cider vinegar which is yet another marvelous ingredient. Talking about Amla, not just for your skin it works amazing for your hair. Include it in your diet and let the magic begin.

4.Avoid dairy

Dairy is such an important part of our diet but if you have extreme acne try excluding it from your diet for sometime. Avoid milk, butter ,cheese etc. Drink soy milk or almond milk instead. That’s a good substitute.

5. Stress

Do you take stress? We all do but we never realise it has such a negative effect on our health. Stress could be the reason behind your skin problem .Try meditation or reading to reduce stress.

6. Aloe vera

Aloevera is the best friend of your skin. Try using original aloe vera gel staright from the plant. There are plenty aloe vera gel in the market but what’s the point of buying these products if you can have original gel at much cheaper price. Add a pinch of termeric to aloe vera gel and apply it on your skin. Leave it for 15 min then wash your face. For best result leave it over night. You will wake up with much better skin. Your skin will thank you.

7. Milk for cleansing

Dirt present on your skin can mix with excess oil and cause acne. Cleansing and removing dirt, dead cell is utmost important. But scrubing every day is fatal for your skin. Be it walnut or chemical or enzyme scrub, using any scrub everyday can damage your skin cell. Limit usage of scrub for once a week. Take some raw milk, dip a cotton and start wiping your face with it. Raw milk is the best cleanser .Do not go for artificial cleaning milk. Use this procedure everyday.

8. Be confident be happy

Just remember having acne does not make you look any less beautiful. They are just skin condition which is the most common thing. Own it and never let your shine go. Confidence makes you sexy. And if you ever feel like hiding it or anything like that, that’s what foundation, concealer and corrector are for. Use it if you like to play with makeup.
